An Intentional Approach
to Therapy
Let’s face it - life can feel like a climb. At times, life’s challenges can feel heavy and a never ending journey. However, we can learn to relate to the climb differently. We can learn how to navigate the joys and challenges of life. We can get to know how our mind and body functions so that we can learn how to respond more effectively.
If you choose to work with me, we will collaborate to determine how you want to respond to your life. What skills do you need to learn? How can you learn to know your mind and body better to support your mental health? How can I support you in identifying strengths and supports that are already accessible to you? These are the types of questions I would explore with you as you climb!
